Ledah [ley-dah]

noun

  1. the process of birth

I grew up overseas and have a huge passion for other languages and their many words for certain meanings. Ledah is Hebrew for birth. However, it is not an action verb but a noun for the process of birth. I fell in love with this word as it is not specific to childbirth. Rather, whatever you may be “laboring” through in life, man or woman in any season, I would love to come alongside and support you as best as I can. Welcome to my space! I’m so glad you’re here.

“As a clinician in the healing professions and a woman with complex medical needs, I’ve been to dozens of body workers, if not more, and truthfully no one compares to Ana. She offers a depth of knowledge and strength that is healing on multiple levels.”

“Ana truly has a God-given talent to relieve any strain or stress in your body. I met Ana when I was pregnant with my second son, and she was able to release so much tension I didn’t realize I was carrying and reduce pain. It was life-changing to receive massages from her. She is educated and skilled to safely take care of you and help make carrying your baby more comfortable and more joyful! .... She is respectful and always communicates well to make sure she is meeting your comfort level and needs. Ana is now a dear and lifelong friend. I look forward to booking in her new space. I promise you will leave feeling like new.”
